Our Story
A tiny room, big espresso, better cheesecake.
Sophien Coffee sits in an old shopfront on Sophienstraße in Berlin Mitte, behind a wine-red door and under a hand-painted mural of a woman with flowers for hair.
We pull specialty espresso, whisk ceremonial-grade matcha, and bake the cheesecakes that neighbours keep coming back for. Everything on the counter is made in-house — the walnut cheesecake before we've even opened the door.
